Customers can return an order to us within 7 - 10 working days of order date. Customers outside UK can return an item within 15 working days of order date as orders can sometimes take a bit longer to reach there. All orders placed before 1:00pm will be shipped same day - please allow 3-5 working days for UK orders and an additional 5 working days for international orders.
