Conditions Guide

Books

Welcome to our guide on book conditions.

We use a clear grading system, from 'New' to 'Good', to describe every used book we sell.

While this page provides a general overview of our standards, you will find the most detailed information on each book's individual product page. Be sure to check the description for specific notes about its dust jacket, binding, and overall condition.

If you have any questions about a particular book, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support team at newchapters@kisharonlangdon.org.uk.

New

Just as it sounds—a brand new, unread book. It is in pristine condition, with the cover and any original protective wrapping intact. These books have no markings or stickers of any kind.

Pages: Crisp and clean, with no notes or highlighting.
Extras: May have a small pen mark (a "remainder mark") on the outer edge of the pages.
