Placing an Order and Our Contract
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy the goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order; please note this is not an acceptance of your offer.
A legally binding contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right not to accept an order for any reason, including but not limited to, the product being unavailable, an error in pricing, or if we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
Products, Pricing and Payment
Products: As a non-profit enterprise, all products sold are used books that have been generously donated. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions of their condition on the product page. All products are subject to availability.
Pricing: All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP). The price of a product does not include the delivery charge, which will be added at the checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payment: Payment for all products and for the cost of delivery must be made before the goods are dispatched. We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards via our secure online payment gateway.

Accuracy of Information
We do our best to ensure that all information on our website is complete and accurate. However, as we are a small team processing donated goods, some inaccuracies or errors may occur.
