Shipping Policy
Here at New Chapters, we want to make your shopping experience as simple and pleasant as possible. Below you’ll find all the details you need about how we ship our pre-loved books and what to do if you need to make a return.
Shipping Information
We take great care in packaging your books to ensure they arrive with you safely.
Dispatch Times
For all orders placed before 1:00 pm, we aim to process and dispatch them on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Timescales
UK Orders: Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
International Orders: For orders outside of the UK, please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery. As the destination is further, it naturally takes a little more time for your parcel to reach you.

Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your new book, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.
How to Start a Return
If you wish to return an order, please notify us within the timeframes below:
UK Customers: 7 to 10 working days of your order date.
International Customers: within 15 working days of your order date, to allow for longer shipping times.
To begin the process, simply send us an email at newchapters@kisharonlangdon.org.uk. Our team will then guide you through the next steps.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the book is returned to us in the same condition you received it. Unless the item is incorrect or not as described, customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
